Master Bath with a Chevron POP!

410 Charlemagne Dr 14

Design and Thoughts

The space is bright and airy but the wood toned floor tile adds warmth and the chevron pattern adds special interest to the space. More storage! The new layout provided a tall linen tower to the right of the vanity knee space where items can be stored and are easily accessible. With an outlet added inside the tower, blow dryer is easily pulled out to use and put away without the need to mess with cords.

Materials Used

Cabinets - Custom Wood Products in Soft White painted Maple

Countertops - Cambria Quartz - Cashel

Special Fixtures - TOTO Washlet Bidet Seat

Flooring - Porcelain tile with a wood-look set in a Chevron pattern

Special Features

Love the wood-look floor! It’s the first thing that is noticed and the chevron pattern is a fun change from the usual brick offset.

The outdated original bathroom had a large corner tub with wood paneling on the front and a tiled top deck. The new freestanding tub has a triangular ledge in the back corner to minimize the floor space behind the tub that could be difficult to clean, yet also serves as a display ledge for plants or other decorations.
