How would you describe your role on the Callier and Thompson team?
My business card states that I am “Appliance Sales” which is correct. However, I don’t like just limiting myself to selling a customer appliances and that’s it. I project manage the whole process from the start of the sale till install of said project.
What is one piece of advice or statement you want to make about the kitchen and bath industry (or remodeling)?
Don’t rush or hurry a project. Sometimes we all forget that it’s not as easy as HGTV makes it look. Trust in your designers & contractors and they won’t leave you stranded.
What do you like most about working for Callier and Thompson Kitchens, Baths, Appliances?
You would be hard pressed finding a company with better internal & external communication than Callier & Thompson has. Communication is the key to success when it comes to planning kitchen & bath new construction or remodeling. I love working for this company because everyone is a team player. I love this company because its # 1 priority is focused on a healthy work environment and family!
What motivates you to work hard day in and day out?
My family is my motivation in all things in life. Everything I do is for them and that gives me the greatest satisfaction in life.
What is your favorite kitchen appliance and why?
Hands down my cooktop! In the Kren Family we are big meal preppers. I cook for about four hours every Sunday afternoon. I have my eye on a steam oven right now, which is the ultimate meal preppers dream!
Do you have family or pets?
Currently a young growing family, me and my wife just had our first child on August 15th, 2019. Just three of us with our dog named Ryder.
What do you do for fun in your spare time?
In my spare time you can find me in three places usually. At the gym, in the woods hunting, or by a body of water fishing.
What is your favorite game or sport to watch and/or play?
Blues Hockey of course!
What’s your favorite tradition or holiday and why?
Favorite holiday tradition is after Thanksgiving. I go sporting clay shooting with my Dad & brother every year. It always gets very competitive, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!
How long have your been in the kitchen and bath industry?
I have been in the Kitchen & Bath Industry for over 8 years. I have had an overall experience in the industry. I have designed and installed kitchens for a number of years. Sold and installed granite and quartz countertops. Now I am selling appliances in the industry! I consider my sales experience in this industry, the complete package.
