How would you describe your role on the Callier and Thompson team?

I’m a Lead Carpenter, I handle the project in customers homes from demo to final trim work. I ensure that the customer’s, and designer’s vision comes to life.

What is one piece of advice or statement you want to make about the kitchen and bath industry (or remodeling)?

Have an open mind, more often than not, nothing goes according to plan. Trust the process.

What do you like most about working for Callier and Thompson Kitchens, Baths, Appliances?

The environment here is contagious. Everyone truly cares for one another and we all look out for each other, starting at the top with Carolyn and Bob. That care translates into our work, in our customer’s homes.

What motivates you to work hard day in and day out?

My kids for sure.

If you had a warning label, what would yours say?

WARNING: Filter is broken.

If you had to teach a class on one thing, what would you teach?

"How to drive on the highway.”
Semester 1: Stay out of the fast lane unless you’re driving fast.

Do you have family or pets?

I have a girlfriend Madison, we have 3 beautiful kids: Brady (8), Annabelle (6), and Benjamin (2). We also
have 2 dogs, Tilly and Remi.

What is your favorite game or sport to watch and/or play?

I never miss an NFL game, and I love to golf!

What do you do for fun in your spare time?

Golf if I can. Otherwise there’s nothing better than sitting on the back deck, having some beers and
BBQn, while the kids are playing in the yard.

Who is your hero and why?

Madison and my kids, because no matter what, they believe in me and love me without question.
