Design and Thoughts

This main floor project has a sense of whimsy and fun to it with the bold color choice of blue stained cabinets and red pops in various finishes thru the space. In the powder room and the beverage bar we complimented those color with a cherry wood to warm up the space and add some interest in the finishes. These were next to the updated stairs, which brought together the warm wood tones and the greys that are in the other finishes. We updated all of the flooring thru out, as well as baseboards and some lighting.

Materials Used

Shiloh Cabinetry - in Poplar for the kitchen and Coffee Stain for the beverage bar.

Cambria Quartz Countertops - Pendel Hill for the kitchen, Cambria Huntley on the beverage bar.

Special Features

One special request of the client in this portion of their project was to have the cabinets in the kitchen go to the ceiling and have lighted glass displays for their collection of beer steins that they have gotten over the years during their travels.
