Our open collaboration system enables us to build a strong client/designer relationship, and create a beautiful new space with unparalleled quality for you and your family.
We’ll begin with a tour of our showroom to open a conversation about your desired scope of work. The more we understand your personal likes and dislikes, the better we’re able to design your wish into reality. We’ll discuss the Callier and Thompson process from start to finish and provide you with a list of referrals.
Next, we’ll visit your home to get a better feel for your sense of style and how you interact in your space. Measurements and photos will be taken for reference in design preparation, and our detailed survey will be completed to aid the progress.
Once our preliminary design and budget analysis are prepared, based on our previous conversations, we’ll meet back in our showroom for the presentation. A specialized software program loaded with historical data will give you an in-depth look at how we arrive at our project cost. From here, the design retainer/schedule deposit will be finalized, and then applied once the final decisions are made. If a schedule deposit is secured at this time, an installation date will be chosen.
Selecting the final elements of your design may require more than one meeting. Working in concert to create the perfect layout and choose each of the products you love is essential. We’re here to guide as much as you need through cabinet styling, colors, countertops, tile, flooring, accessories, and appliances. With all of the particulars in place, we’ll begin to pull together the overall cost.
Now we can set a time to introduce our Project Manager and subcontractors to you in your home. This meeting allows them to view the scope of work, but most importantly, it ensures your comfort and confidence in each aspect of the project and every person entering your home. Based on your selections to date, pricing will be outlined, and material options will be offered, paying close attention to your budget. The final price will be determined by any changes made at this point.
After presenting the final agreement for your review and signature, we’ll secure your material deposit, less the original retainer/schedule deposit. If a start date has not already been confirmed, we’ll do so now. We believe personal attention is paramount in executing any home renovation project.
